In the Control Room section of the book, reference is made to ISO 1104-3. This has ended up in some confusion and possibly an error in the code number.
The code is available as a BS, BS EN, and ISO document. It turns out that there is a series of these codes, all of which are useful. You can either purchase the current document, which is BS EN ISO 11064-3, or search on Google for ISO 11064-3. You will get the usual large number of hits as well as some versions that can be downloaded.
Certainly, the old ISO versions can be downloaded directly.
